A Digital Playground For The Mind
MojoPad is the home for everything in your head — notes, research, journals, even whole books you’ve imported. Write it down and it links itself, no folders or filing required, into one connected web that’s alive as a graph. Clip the web whole, think in space on a canvas, keep a daily journal, and ask questions of it all — answered by on-device AI that never leaves your Mac. Built for anyone with a mind worth keeping, and private by design: your thinking lives entirely on your machine, yours for one payment.

A sixty-second tour — linking, search, the graph, and on-device AI, all on your Mac. There’s more below: capture, the canvas, the journal, and memory.
A thinking space with the depth of a personal wiki and the manners of a modern Mac app. Here is the whole of it at a glance — click any one for the full story.
Type a page's name and the link is simply there. Your wiki knits itself together as you write.
See your thinking as a map — regions that emerge on their own, and the paths you actually walk.
Clip a page whole — images, math, tables and all — or drag anything in from your Mac.
Fold, focus, and restructure a long document without ever leaving the page.
Filter, sort, group, and compute — drawn as a table, a board, or a wall of cards.
Diagrams from plain text, real LaTeX math, and publication-grade figures, inline.
Arrange pages as cards, connect them into real links, and present the board as slides.
On-device AI that answers from your own notes, cites them, and never phones home.
Follow a thought down the rabbit hole, one knowledge card at a time.
Summarize, unpack, and question a whole book — with the passages to back it up.
Natural voices that follow along, at your pace, in your language.
Let a canvas walk you through its own argument, card by card.
Point Claude or another assistant at your wiki to build, read, and search it — locally.
A task manager born inside your wiki, with reminders that actually arrive.
Your days as one page — write into today, and jump to any day you like.
Flashcards that live inside your pages, scheduled so they stick.
Palettes, a page map, tabs, and a gallery — every bit of power a keystroke away.
One menu item imports your whole .vpdoc — rich text with its images and diagrams, web archives (faithful snapshots or cleaned-up editable pages), PDFs, and bookmarks. Links reconnect themselves by name the moment the pages exist.
There's even a Voodoo theme, light and dark, if you miss the old neighborhood.
A MojoPad document is a folder of plain JSON and your original files, sitting wherever you put it — Dropbox, iCloud Drive, an external drive. No sync service, no subscription, no ads, no tracking. The app phones home for exactly one thing — a version check, which tells us which versions are still in use so we know what to keep supporting. It never stores your IP, and you can turn it off. Read the entire privacy policy — it fits on a postcard.

You can live in MojoPad. This can be the central node of your writing life. I recommend MojoPad heartily.
Great for managing a large collection of notes and seeing the connections between them without needing to use markdown. It's a true desktop wiki. The Ollama integration works very well, too. The developer has been really helpful when question came up as I tried out the app. Thank you!
