MOJOPAD — FACT SHEET Name: MojoPad Tagline: A Digital Playground For The Mind What it is: A local-first thinking space for macOS Price: $59, one-time. No subscription. One license covers two Macs. Trial: 14 days, full-featured, no signup Requirements: macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, Apple silicon & Intel (universal binary) AI features run locally — searching by meaning needs nothing installed, and writing and answers use Ollama (free, optional) Developer: Mark B., independent developer Website: https://mojopad.app Press contact: support@mojopad.app Manual: https://mojopad.app/manual/ THE SHORT VERSION MojoPad is the spiritual successor to VoodooPad, the beloved Mac wiki abandoned years ago. It imports an entire VoodooPad document — pages, links, images, diagrams, web archives — with one menu item, then goes far beyond it: a live graph of your wiki, AI that answers questions about your own notes (and entire imported books) without any cloud by default, real AES-256 encryption, semantic search, and one-click static-site publishing. Documents are folders of plain JSON on your disk. There is no sync service, no account, no third-party analytics or tracking (one anonymous install count you can switch off), and no subscription. REVIEW LICENSES Journalists and reviewers: email support@mojopad.app for a free license and direct access to the developer. VoodooPad is a trademark of its respective owner. MojoPad is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
